服务很好，从控拜村出来晚了，下雨又是山路，酒店电话确认是否入住时，特地让我们慢慢开，到酒店已经十二点了，工作人员特地带我们进房间，真贴心，房间大又干净，卫生间干湿分离，有晾衣绳，赞一个，中西自助早餐，还有现烧的各种粉味道好，为在贵州亲子游划下圆满的句号。下次去西江还是住凯里纵横大酒店

位置比较好，服务一般，早餐很一般。地毯不太干净，楼下就是广场，晚上广场舞大妈很吵。房间味道不好，下水道密封不好。毛巾破旧了点。洗漱用品不好。最多二到三星标准。

美中不足的是地下停车场出入口坡道太陡，新手出入会有困难。
