前台稍显凌乱 大厅应该更大气 门口区域可以更加美观大方的规划 另房间内沙发坐的不是很舒适 都是一些建议 可择而采之^_^

早餐有时供应不全 牛奶冷了后不添加了 特别是冬天应该用保温的 保洁阿姨比较辛苦 房间早晨有施工声音 八点多就开始吵 这个不满意 其他的还行 性价比在凯里算一般的

出差入住 地段不错 周边超市饭店医院 离凯里市中心大小十字步行十多分钟 就是酒店前门应该划定区域工整点 显得很大气高端 凸显出酒店特点 前台接待稍显凌乱 效率有点慢 网定和前台交叉稍显混乱 希望改进
