总体还行吧，电梯比较慢，进去还没住地上竟然有两根棉签，而且房间配置的饼干袋子都扯烂了。这些方面还是希望能有改善。

不错的商务酒店，价格比较实惠，房间大小、卫生条件很好，也很安静；
不愧是商务酒店，各方面比较专业，各个岗位分工有序、服务热情；
酒店有自己的停车场，安全有保障，凯里也是个不错的城市，值得推荐。
唯一不足：酒店早餐种类偏少，而且补充较慢
