房间一般，不像想象中的4星级那么好，停车位紧张，预定了两间豪华标准房到地方告诉没有房了，只有一间，没办法只能再开一间豪华单人间，艺龙报价248元，店里报价228元，快办完手续的时候有人来开房居然还有豪华标准间，质问前台接待怎么回事儿，接待人员居然装聋作哑不搭理我们，让她找经理回答是领导都下班了，没人管，要投诉明天上班再说，太无语了，下次不会再来了。
