酒店房间还不错，可前台服务很差，居然没退房得先刷房费，还不能使用信用卡预授权，得必须交现金作为押金。另外早餐实在是太差，除了几个馒头，炒饭外，没什么吃的，是我住过酒店中最差的，不值得入住！

前台服务尚可。房间设施有待改进:网络不断停摆；门卡六次打不开房门，叫人修理也不见人来；房间灯泡坏了两个，叫人也不见安排！房间面积与设施大不相同，却价格一样，住的是不是舒服要看客人的运气。如7027房与5028房价格一样，但面积小很多，设施也差不少，不知道这里面是不是酒店潜规则？酒店环境不错，服务还需要大大改进！

酒店位于市中心，服务及配套设施都好，安静、便捷，性价比高。酒店的餐厅就在一楼，早、中、晚都有吃的，很方便，早餐特别推荐香菇炖鸡细粉，味道不错；酒店还有自己的奶茶店，附近有大超市、蛋糕店、药店。下次还会入住。
