公交很方便，大部分景点可以直达。购物的话，旁边就是台东商业街。说的基本都有，标准间也够大，有空调，有窗，厕所门是木门。有一点，说是有宽带的，但是前台说是不知道账号和密码，我不知道这样如何宽带上网。 我住的是301，水龙头有些不好使。卫生间没有排气。电视没有几个台能看。 要求不高的话，基本还不错。

地理位置不错，市中心。台东步行街就在旁边。 但靠近马路，很吵。卫生条件尚可。WIFI没信号。

假期出去订了这家酒店，太好了，住宿条件没的说，非常好，地理位置更好，每天都到步行街走一圈，下次来还要住这儿，价钱还不贵，性价比非常高。

酒店太棒了，超满意，环境优越，周围条件便利，房间很大，超干净，服务态度很好，尤其晚上值班的老板，经常和我们聊天，告诉我们很多旅游的路线，人非常实在，经营酒店也不会欺骗游客，房间通透，隔音还不错，总之超满意，再去青岛一定还会毫不犹豫的选择这里*

旺季找不到房，凑合找的!就在步行街路口，面向车流N多的马路，吵疯了。如果该房价低于150，推荐入住!否则，你就花钱买烦躁吧!

紧邻步行街，方便。酒店设施一般，毕竟是个小酒店。不过，青岛出租车太黑，从火车站到酒店6公里要收80元，正规出租都议价不打表，以后不敢来青岛了。

服务态度差，没有吹风机，，第二天没有打扫房间，房价偏贵。唯一好处，进步行街。平日不建议入住。性价比不高。
