整个套房是简装，但给人一种很舒适的感觉。有厨房有洗衣机，还有一个较大的阳台，可能因为刚装修没多久，很多设施还贴了使用说明，恒湿恒氧没感觉到，但恒温住着很舒适，木地板，有两个卧室，一个主房一个比较儿童化的房间，都有大的立式衣柜和床头柜，客厅沙发也挺舒服的，卫生做的不错，周围小区环境挺好。整个房间的性价比很高，不过以后发展起来了可能会逐渐涨价吧。
