酒店前台Devie 服务非常贴心，房间很乾净，工作人员热情周到，因为早上要赶高铁，凌晨5点前就帮准备好了外带早餐，非常感动。

这个酒店的位置比较好，离青岛北站和机场都比较近，酒店比较新，设施状态好，房间宽敞采光好，11月份入住不开空调室内温度都能到24度，很舒适，更让人温暖的是前台小姐姐gemma的贴心服务，而且整个酒店的服务人员素质都很高，下次来青岛还会选择这家酒店

专门来夸夸酒店前台John的优质服务！这次入住遇到外卖员送错外卖的麻烦事，本以为要自己折腾很久，求助John后彻底省心。他快速协调各方，不仅顺利拿到正确的外卖，还主动帮忙送到房间，省去了我来回前台的麻烦。而且平时办理入住、谘询问题时，他也始终专业细致，这样有责任心又贴心的服务，必须给满分！

地点很方便，旁边就是商场，离伊甸园也是走路就能到的距离。打车去机场也只需要半个小时。房间的设施很乾净，很舒适。服务员态度也非常好。无论是旅游或出差都非常合适。

房间舒适整洁，中西式早餐丰富多样。工作人员会跟进住客情况询问是否需要延后退房，很贴心。因为带小孩，升级的套房空间大，小孩住的很开心，説跟在家里一样。感谢酒店工作人员的服务！
