房间宽阔，采光好，隔音效果不错，设施齐全，旁边就有美食店，出行打车方便，位置好找，暖气太足，可能是近些天气温不是很低（4-14℃），对于南方人来説开空调太乾燥了，第二天关了空调好一点。
