第三次入住了每一次都有不一样的惊喜，上次来天气不好孩子要看海鸥没有看成入住的时候就在前台説了一嘴没想到第二天前台小姑娘就给送来了喂海鸥的食物这是我想不到的，当晚要了浴缸套没想到第二天打扫衞生的大姐就在房间给放了两个，最主要的是还给留了言，大大的浴缸泡澡很是舒服，房间有冰箱自己带的水果可以保鲜非常方便，虽然是老酒店但是设施设备保养的很好，也很齐全，推荐????

晚上十二点多没热水了，没法洗澡，这么大酒店没人解决也不给换房间，前台説能给到的唯一解决办法是第二天找人来修，第二天都退房了还用你来修吗

Hotel is very old, it not match the value to stay that paid very high price.
When i stay, the Air condition was broken at 3am, only wind come out because it very old air con.
The toilet is so dirty, seem not clean well.

经常出差，很少给点评，但是这次真的有被打动，从杭州来参加展会，无意间在携程上搜到了这家酒店，本来抱着就住一晚离会展中心近点就行的心态，説説给我留下深刻印象的几点。住宿当天，我正在地图上看怎么去酒店，酒店的小迟美女就给我打了电话，问我什么时候到，怎么过来，房间有什么要求，我告知3:30下飞机，小迟跟我説可以打车或者坐地铁，説了大概的时间，説快到酒店的时候可以打电话给她，本来人生地不熟的，真的很暖心。到了酒店小迟就在大堂等我，帮我拿行李箱，还给倒了玫瑰花茶，説欢迎来青岛，一路辛苦先喝杯热茶暖暖，真心太感动了。晚上又在大堂偶遇小迟，我问周围有什么吃饭的地方，小迟跟我推荐了酒店的自助餐，説**上有活动，价格非常合适，吃完还可以去海边散步，第二天发现电脑充电器没带，有些工作需要处理，小迟又帮我跟同事借到了电脑充电器，还好没有影响到工作，退房走的时候前台的男孩给我送了一个笔记本礼盒，説是小迟特意给我准备的，很完美的一场体验，下次来青岛哪儿也不住就来蓝海
