我心目中服务很好的酒店了，这位大姐打扫衞生很认真，也很乾净，大厅也很有设计感。前台真诚热情，下次再来青岛一定还会住在这里，哪怕他离海边远点，但是入住体验超棒，楼下打车很方便，还有地铁去海边不用考虑停车问题，旁边就有个大型超市，水果便宜好吃，服务特别好！是真的好??????

住过几次这家酒店，之前还算凑合。这一次很失望。
1:房间床单上有肉眼可见小虫到处爬，录有视频，同时最快反馈给酒店，更换房间后依然存在相同情况，更换了2次到大半夜。
2:淋浴出水有问题，坏的，洗澡也洗不好。更换房间后室内温度一直上不去，所以没再使用。
3:空调要开好久才热，门口区域漏风。房间温度一直不怎么好。
4:处理问题只是更换房间，前台説会报告上级给反馈，到退房为止没人给任何反馈意见。
5:住的很不舒服，无法继续待下去，一大早起床更换到其他酒店，退房时提及问题，前台不了解情况，看来根本不重视。

If you like Korea food this is a perfect place for you to stay. There a few dozen restaurants within a short walk of the hotel. The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the price was very reasonable.
We went during the 33rd Qingdao International Beer Festival. Any hotel close to the festival was very expensive so this hotel was very reasonable priced being one hour away, by metro, from the festival location.

酒店管理差，隔音差。晚上一点半，隔壁房间四五六七八个人在开趴似的笑闹，起来去拍过一次门，未果，还吵。酒店是怎么放这么多个人一块进来睡一个双人套间的？不清楚，感觉不安全。不会再去。
