环境挺好的 前台小哥哥服务也可以 但是 不知道是冰箱还是什么 一晚上都在响 不戴耳塞根本睡不着 衞生间的水很差很差 淋浴压根没水 手持的喷头水流很小很小 四五百的酒店不应该这样吧

相信大家都被考拉家独特调性折服吸引而来的，我也一样满怀期待和憧憬的带着孩子和长者入住，没想到旅游疲惫了一天晚上打了十多公里驱车抵达酒店办理入住，迎来的是前台接待小妹的冷眼和无视，我在合理表达疑惑和求助时，5.31号晚这位女接待人员完全不顾客户需求，毫无同理心，遇到的全所有问题都得不到任何解决，只提出不合理霸王强制扣款方式对着空气説话通知我，其余全让我自己一人想解决办法，全程不积极敷衍回应漠视处理，让我的孩子和孩子奶奶无限等待，真的很影响入住体验和心情！
最后我主动寻得店长联系方式电话沟通十多分钟才得以解决，但不希望沟通过程中遇到的问题你们把责任都推给携程，这里不展开多説。有一説一，独栋美式风格确实精致，看到了老板娘的美照也很赞，触屏电吹风很高级，床垫很舒适，其余设施上有些小问题（灯光昏暗无主灯、电视偏小、浴室出水较小且温度调节冷热不均、床头充电插头接触不良、烧水壶声音较大），可以理解酒店统一风格为了打造专属氛围感这么设定，但入住的刚需上还是需要重视。
虽然核心问题最后得到解决，仍是希望贵酒店能重视员工待人接物的培训，不要让期待已久的客人遭受这样的态度而对酒店的期待落空失望凉透心！

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is convenient, the room was clean and well-equipped, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. I would definitely stay here again!

成功在入住的当晚梦到了毛川，可即使在梦里他也对于今年有没有圣诞专场这件事闭口不承诺hhhh。酒店好漂亮，山里彷佛还停留在初秋，捡到了好看的松果，顺利遇到了橘猫，早餐健康又好吃，今天的天气实在是太好了，是非常有幸福感的一次入住。谢谢逃跑计划！

We were looking for a unique experience in Qingdao - and we found it. This hotel has a soul! Every detail is thought through, a lot of things with history everywhere. Rooms are spacious, beds and lining are very comphy. Amazing environment! Hotel is located by the mountain and it feels like getaway, same time it’s just few steps from the city. Great breakfast, we also enjoyed dinner accompanied by great French wine.
Special thanks to monsieur Philippe and all the staff, we felt like home for a week. Definitely coming again!!!
