前台服务人员很热情，房间设施齐全干净整洁，床很大，早餐不错，入住时有欢迎水果，退房时还送了小礼物和水果，服务温馨细致！家人很满意！

和朋友一块出来玩朋友推荐的地方，坐动车不用出站直接可以坐地铁过来，还觉得大包小包提行李比较沉没想到出了地铁口没走几步就是，店内环境不错，交通便利，和朋友出去玩也不用跑太远出门走10分钟就是商场，去海边地铁下站店基本都是景点，值得一提的是店内一位时泽旭经理非常不错，得知我们出来玩详细介绍酒店附近的景点和吃饭的地方，还贴心准备了水和水果，感觉很贴心

酒店位于李村商务圈，周边整体环境一般，交通比较方便，但堵车比较严重，最好坐地铁，酒店门口有地铁口，周边的购物中心比较多，购物十分方便。
