住了两晚，房间里两晚都没有热水，热水器坏了修了一天修不好，换房间告知满房，不给换，然后很奇葩的安排到接待的房间里洗澡，半夜穿着拖鞋下楼洗澡，也是醉了，花了酒店式公寓的钱，享受了大车店的待遇，方不方便暂且不提，安全隐私问题也得不到保证，服务人员对于客人诉求各种推诿，不积极处理，最后投诉到了艺龙网，艺龙一开始说退第二晚房费，但最后店方拒绝了，只给安排了一个大床房洗澡洗刷，这时候已经是凌晨一点多了，也不想再继续投诉争吵了，多说无益，问前台得到的回复永远就是:我问一下管家，一会给你回电话。然后就没有电话了。就这样吧。和前台的通话以及艺龙的投诉及反馈我也录音了，本想继续投诉，朋友有急事要赶火车，算了，生不起这个气。在此为以后的朋友提个醒，要订这家，三思后行，一入住先检查设施，出现问题，有时间和耐心的话，一定投诉维权到底。

酒店位置可以。床单上人体毛发清晰可见，惨不忍睹。幸好自己带了床单。设施不错，洗衣机，什么都有，隔音效果也不错。这家酒店没有免费停车位，在万象城停车每小时五块钱。一晚上65元，觉得这是没必要花的费用。想必不会再去了。

酒店地理位置很好，在市中心临近万象城和五四广场，出游玩很方便，酒店服务也很好，没有标间，小岳给我们升级家庭套房，里面设施齐全，冰厢，彩电，厨房一应齐全，唯一遗憾，小岳北方口音，我南方人听得不是很懂，有时他必须重复一遍我才听明白！😜😜
