位于八大关的一处酒店。原先是部队的招待所，现在承包对外营业。服务和早餐不是很好，但是价格和位置都很好。可以酌情考虑。

总之，这个酒店的性价比很差，如果有其他的选择的话我是不会再住这个酒店了。酒店的设施非常陈旧，是从老的疗养院改造而来的，房间采光不好，比较黑，而且有霉味。设施已经比较旧了，入住的时候空调控制开关的接线还掉了，找的人来修理后才能使用空调。早餐太简单了，还没有单位食堂的品种多，而且没有午餐和晚餐的提供，如果想吃饭还得自己找地方。300多的价格对这个酒店的设施来说太贵了，200还差不多。

酒店的位置在八大关疗养院附近，晚上清静，只是吃饭不太方便，不过离海水浴场很近，出门不远就有公交车站，到火车场打车只要10元钱。酒店服务和卫生还行，只是价格比其他城市稍显贵了。

位置一流,在青岛最美的八大关,随时可以穿着拖鞋去看大海,这里原是青岛疗养院的一所小别墅,很适合一家人海滨度假.
服务很一般,平时几乎没人住,节假日满员,房间装饰比较新,但尽量要里面的,因为酒店位于正阳关路,车很多,噪音大.早餐差不多是大车店的水平,凑合充饥.

我住的性价比很低的一家酒店，是一座老房子改的，倒是很别致。房间太小，早餐的服务很好，有人给我拉开椅子，只是东西还不如我们食堂的早餐。地理位置很好，逛八大关很方便，中午可以回去休息。卫生我觉得太一般了，浴室的防滑垫子上长了毛，我要用的时候发现上面还有一个虫子，吓我一大跳。隔音非常不好，半夜被隔壁的一群人吵醒了，不知道在干什么。以后不会住了。
