酒店在中国海洋大学鱼山校区，校区不大，地处青岛老城街区，走10–15分钟路程附近有公交车和地铁3号线，交通还行。酒店设施比较老旧，卫生间反味，这一点丢分啊。阁楼房的双人床，每张床是1米的，带小孩的要注意有点挤。早晨种类一般，能吃饱还行吧。

无意中在艺龙订了这家酒店，好多惊喜，海洋大学校园优美，有浓厚的文化底蕴，德日老建筑保留完好，住得安静闲适，酒店周围有康有为故居等等，人文气息浓厚，出行交通我们主要是滴滴，后来发现坐公交去栈桥之类景点很方便

闹中取静，家庭房1.5+1.2两床的房型很实用。到啤酒街，八大关，栈桥都不远，信号山就在边上。就是早餐差点
