中国海洋大学四校门附近，校内古树参天，风景优美，相当于住在了景点里。前台服务非常好，有求必应，因为是端午节入住还赠送了小礼品，前台备有街电，太适合我了。但唯一也是非常令人头疼的一个缺点是洗澡水温度十分不稳定，两个房间三天都是如此。
推荐大家线路一：出四校门沿红岛路，福山路，福山支路，小鱼路，一路风景如画。直达第一海水浴场，小鱼山。
推荐线路二：出二校门沿黄县路，龙江路可达信号山公园。

这个酒店非常nice，位于市区的海洋大学，学校里风景也像一个景点。旁边就是景点信号山，鱼山路大学路，去各大景点都有直达的公交和地铁，栈桥火车站也不远，总之非常方便。学校酒店环境好，安静，而且在学校里面也很安全。强烈推荐。

价格合理，设施齐全，干净卫生，服务态度好！本来是想着暂住一晚的，入住后发现条件堪比五星级，还有浴缸，早饭38一位，和星级酒店东西差不多，而且位置不错，校园环境优美，又定了一晚。四月校园里的樱花真是太美了。

房间尽管设施旧些，但水很大，服务员态度很好，尤其是大堂经理详细介绍青岛地方景点。宾馆周围有很多名人景点，值得看看。早餐非常好。
