两次来青岛都是住在这里，房间设施和服务态度都很不错，周边交通方便，也有几个大商场，购物很方便，是家各方面都非常满意的酒店

优点：1.酒店人员服务态度特别好，入住退房都有迎宾热茶，退房还会送瓶水让客人带上，房间缺什么东西打电话给前台很快就送到房间，点个赞。
2.房间设施，这次住的是亲子套房，一张1.8米双人床，一张单人榻榻米。房间最像四星级的地方是洗手间，够大设施也不错。床垫家里老人都说睡着舒服，枕头也有两种供选择。
3.周边环境，离奥帆中心很近步行大概五六分钟的样子，看浮山湾夜景视野好很方便，附近有个号称青岛最高端的海信广场，有进口超市可以买买水果什么的，价格要比远一点的万象城OLE实惠不少。
缺点1.如视频所示窗户是通向天井的，通风条件不太好，而且经常早上和下午总有视频里的嗡嗡声很吵。
2.酒店的隔音效果很差，楼道说话房间里听得一清二楚，而且隔壁房间声音也能听到。
