这次五家一起去的，总体感觉服务差，服务员态度不好，小孩在吃奶一直催促说要锁门，一副大爷的样子，摔摔打打，极不友善，服务意识较以往明显下滑，以后不考虑去了

酒店服务不好，特别有待提高，而且你给他们提意见人家还不接受，这么高档的地方服务跟不上太让人糟心了，房间设施还可以吧。

房间挺好的，早餐也还行吧，热菜不好吃，其他的粥啊点心的也能吃饱。可分两天泡温泉，不错！

领着爸爸妈妈和孩子去的，星期天下午去的，人不是很多，挺好的，酒店的餐厅做的菜挺好的，起码点的菜挺好吃的。早餐是份饭，如果是自助餐就好了。
