整体还是不错的，宽敞明亮，去了以后给升级了三居室（当然有一个卧室是不能住的），厨具是需要租的，因为店家没有提前说清楚所以赠送了~住所往西不远就是渔人码头，各种刚打捞上来的海鲜应有尽有，东边是很大的一个奥特莱斯可以逛街，北边挨着石油大学，地理位置不错~家庭出游尤其带孩子的话推荐!小区环境也不错，有投币可以打的水~
