酒店离海和极地海洋世界很近，有专门停车场，停车方便；院内还可以烧烤，提供正宗青岛啤酒；酒店房间配套设施比较齐全，但略显简陋；前台工作人员服务态度较好，入住、退房手续办理较快；早餐也比较丰富，酒店总体性价比较高！
