这次住宿非常差。本来订的是商务大床房，到店告诉我没有房间了，帮我免费升级为豪华大床房，我一开始很高兴，但现在看来是酒店把一个没有人愿意住的豪华大床房调给了我。首先，这个豪华大床房的位置很偏，在角落，而且很小，应该是所有豪华大床房里最小的，其实这也没有什么，但是，酒店恶心在于我房间的窗户和隔壁房间的窗户是共用的，就是一面墙把一扇大窗户给分成两块，一半在我房间，一半在隔壁房间，而这面墙和窗户之间竟然留了一拳的空隙，没有封死，也就说两个房间其实是通的，隔壁很正常声音的讲话，甚至是小声的讲话我听的一清二楚，毫无隐私可言，我说好隔壁应该也听的一清二楚，找酒店投诉，酒店竟然大言不惭的和我说我是第一个投诉这个问题的，没法解决。我从来没有主动的要求换房，而酒店竟然用这种方式把一个如此差的房间调给我，还美其名曰免费升级，简直是把顾客当傻子！

附近路窄单行，走路去劈柴院栈桥都不太远，还可以，豪华大床没有了升级行政大床，房间窗子非常非常非常小，不满意，还好停车位足，自驾比较方便，总体还可以

外观是老建筑，内部设施还不错，因订的房间正在维修，店家给免费升级，虽然一切顺利，但还是想建议贵店，内部沟通顺畅一点，能满足顾客的需要。

酒店设施老旧，吸顶灯都快掉了，卫生间门也掉了，气味很大，还要有窗户，酒店服务倒是挺好的，重新装修下很有必要。
