地方偏僻！住的说是一楼，实际是和地下室一样！房间设施太古老，潮、湿、有异味，墙体都发霉！预定的四星级酒店被无缘无故取消，房费却不及时退还！艺龙客服推荐这家酒店说不错，却是个这样子！！！！！！需要投诉！需要解释！需要赔偿！
