已经入住这家酒店很多次了，每次都是非常满意！这次入住给我的感动更多！业务需要初春寒意未消来到青岛，由于入住后出去之办事应酬喝了些酒加之着凉有些感冒，回到房间插上房卡取电刚运转的空调房间还是显得冷，我很是难受想洗个热水澡，不巧浴室没有热水，我致电前台解释酒店对供水系统短暂检测，我说出我的情况后大约10多分钟房间门铃响起，服务员微笑的解释原因并告诉我供水系统已经正常。为我调换了一个房间，我进入房间马上被感动了，原来10分钟时间刚才接电话的服务员已经把调换的房间暖风空调开启，房间很温暖，而且房间的茶几上放上了一杯热腾腾的牛奶和温热的面包！服务员还嘱咐我好好的洗个热水澡早些休息，真是感动，我注意下她的胸牌记下了她的名字-李思瑶。真心的感谢多瑙河人！祝多瑙河做的更强！

一定是一家老牌酒店，当天入住的客人特别多，幸亏提前定的，因为去的晚，没有标间了，免费升级商务间。房间特别大。早餐一级棒。
