设施确实有点旧了，房间内无空调，10月底的天气房间确实有点冷了，还好有大浴袍，裹着。服务员态度很好，去哪里做公交，打车，都很耐心的告诉。退房时也很贴心的提醒单子之类的。此位置为市南区，这个价位的房子，算是离海边近的，走路10分钟的样子，还可以去散步吧。
