晚餐在酒店餐厅点餐，当时大厅就我一桌，两个菜一份炒米饭，大概一个小时才上来。最慢的是炒米饭，期间催了两次，结果炒米饭出来了还给我旁边的那一桌送过去了，这样的服务我很无语。我先后两次让服务员通知经理，但是很长时间没人理我。我真不知道我住的是不是一个不知名的小旅馆？后来值班经理出面给我解释，我虽然能够接受经理的解释，但是不代表我可以接受你们这样的服务，尤其是我的好的心情确难以恢复。

毕竟是希尔顿旗下的平价酒店，设施自然不能比。入住酒店的时间比较晚了，晚上十点了，酒店大堂的空调也调低了，走进去没有舒爽的感觉！订了两间房，在不同楼层，这点也无所谓，关键一个楼层的走廊空调都不开，要不要这么省啊？房间的门也不是很好，走进去有种霉味，小朋友的拖鞋和洗漱用品都没有！大堂的工作人员还是很热情的

还好吧，订的大床房，最后给的标间，艺龙系统订错了。酒店总体还行吧，比之前住的五星级酒店要差点，性价比总体来说还算比较高
