前台接待员，有个职位是 大堂副理助理的中级管理者女，打电话到前台咨询事情，没跟我说还挂我电话，就这一个人损了饭店的形象，可惜了……

评论并非针对酒店，而是艺龙网商业道德太没有！
我并不想爆粗，但是说实话被骗的感觉真的很不好。
我定在选择房型时，选的是389元，艺龙自营，含单早。付完款就直接到酒店入住并未再去查看订单情况。直到第二天早上9点左右到1楼吃早餐，被接待人员告知我的房间并未含早餐！我很奇怪，去前台确认也被同样告知。这时我才查看我的艺龙订单情况，竟然是无早！请注意我在定房间时可以自己确认了是含早餐，而且是单早，我觉得合适才定的！
打电话给艺龙理论，这并非只是一顿早餐的问题，而是设计商业道德的问题，竟然是这种欺诈！平时出门都用艺龙。但是至此为止，以后不会再用。
希望不会再有人像我一样被骗。

此次入住酒店，前台的周先生服务周到，很友谊的帮助我升级了房间，安排了一个面海的房，非常感谢。前台其余的服务女士也都不错，始终对客人面带微笑，询问事情都热情解答。虽然酒店设施陈旧，房间装修风格感觉落伍，但服务人员的精神面貌很不错，希望保持下去。
