非常棒的一家公寓 环境特别棒 公寓打扫的很干净 床睡着舒服 有电磁炉 冰箱 洗衣机 自己闲着没事儿买了一个小锅 买了点海鲜 肉 蔬菜 就在宾馆做火锅吃了 特别方便 就像在自己家一样 吹着海风 看着海 喝着青岛啤酒 那滋味才叫一个爽 老板人超级超级好 会关心住的好不好 总之 特别满意 下次来青岛的时候还是住这儿 价格也实惠 图全是亲自拍的 自己体会吧 绝对五星好评

道路施工交通不便，房间空调无法使用，只能自然风，已经十月自然风不要紧重点是有蚊子，窗外的海景如图，超级海景就是港口作业区整晚噪音轰鸣施工，床一米五如图确实大。以上真实评价绝无虚言。房间干净整洁服务态度不错，房间无电话，找前台要下楼自己找。

带汪出行 设施内饰都不错 就是隔音效果太差 楼下修路 31楼还是听得见 有点影响睡眠 晚上隔壁看电视也听得见...

还不错，服务员给免费升级海景房，不过真的没有45平米，而且厕所的门把手是坏的，交通一般正好赶上修路，不太理想。周边没有啥吃的，不过打车去也不是很远……
