老妈叮嘱一定要给大大的好评，两个老人带小孩去青岛自由行，网上订了三个酒店，金沙滩希尔顿，得宝湾和这里，老妈说是三个酒店中最棒的，酒店人员的服务特别好，迎送咨询什么的非常热情，房间还有赠送啤酒。酒店位置去各景点也很方便。

酒店五楼光线差，窗小，里面阴暗，有霉味。和酒店申请换房。刚开始说换不了，没房，后面又说三楼有房了。五楼的房间太压抑，本想花多点钱，旅游旺季，728住个四星酒店的。没想到这么差的房间。
