此酒店位于青岛李沧区的商业圈，周围商业较多，购物吃饭很方便。酒店设施完全符合4星标准， 很好的一个酒店。与青岛市南区相比，酒店价位很实惠。另外这个位置里机场也比较近。服务方面和卫生方面也是很好的。是可以推荐的好酒店。

酒店位置在李村，没有在海边，不能看到大海，真可惜。幸亏天气比较冷，不能看也就算了。酒店的确符合4星级标准，早点非常好，服务也非常好，房间的设施也不错，总体感觉非常满意。尤其是前台还有热红茶，让人有到家的感觉!

房间每天有水果赠送，早餐很好，品种丰富，水果也很新鲜。但是客房服务有待提高，收拾卫生潦草，卫生间脏衣篮的格子间全是灰。奇葩的是小孩把床单洒上了火龙果，弄脏了，客房说洗不掉，赔180元才退的房，而自己回家随便洗洗，印迹全无。虽然快递床单回酒店退回了赔款，但是此中曲折，足见客房服务的不专业。前台还有礼宾都很好，周边吃饭、逛街也很方便。
