办理入住手续麻烦，当时已经在艺龙交过房间房费，客人入住时酒店一直说没有预定，而且还说不含早餐券，只好临时安排客人去外面用餐，回来后酒店说自己弄错了，以为是重名的，拜托 我订的5间房都重名啊 真服了
