海天使青岛的老五星了，设施真的需要改进，电视机都是哪个年代的了？而且西楼海景有点太偏了，再加上旁边的万丽海景正在修，最近去住有点不爽，和同等五星比起来确实有点差距了。但是，海天的服务真的不错，就冲服务也弥补了它很多的不足，而且住宾馆除了设施的问题，不就是看服务。所以，下次还会来，只是希望海天尽量把设施更新上去！

酒店给安排的房间不是我预定的，设施也很简陋，打电话投诉，后来酒店给我换成标准间了，看了看环境还行这才入住。

酒店位置很好，就是服务差一些。都收到确认的订单到了酒店被告知没房了，最后折腾了半天还是安排到老楼了，旧很多。

住到半截就让退房，就因为酒店要接待政府客人。哪有这样的道理，酒店说是政府公安安排全楼清查。要给我换了休息地方，太折腾了没同意，后来免了我一晚房费。住的不是很爽。

位置很好，离浴场很近。感觉配不上五星级的服务，如早餐、出租车等太一般。br两天看到两次出租车司机在大堂门口和旅客吵架；br早餐太差，不丰盛；br保安不能主动引导住客停车，对住客车辆看管不到位：造成本人的宝马在第二天早上发现有剐蹭痕迹，可恶！
