是青岛的一家老牌五星级酒店，位置还是比较名副其实的，就在海滩边上。交通的话，从火车站直接打车过来，也不贵，十来块钱。而且一路刚好经过滨海大道，风景非常美。离八大关和商业中心，市民广场都不远，公交1-2站地，步行也很舒适方便。室内装潢不是最新式的，房间也不算大，但感觉精致典雅干净。晚上入睡前服务员会提前铺好床，并放上祝君好梦的卡片，令人十分窝心。海景房的视野还是不错的，能清楚看到海岸线，只是入住当天有雾，看不太清楚。餐厅和票务服务有待提高。餐厅首先送餐时间有限制，不是随时都能点ROOM SERVICE。去西餐厅吃午饭没有充足的人手引位，还得在前台处等上半天。订火车票的地方连着两天网络出问题无法预定……总的来说，瑕不掩瑜吧。

卫生很差，游泳池不干净，服务一般，根本达不到5星级标准的酒店，不会再住了。

经过艺龙公司的努力，酒店最终克服了因为接待首长本要求客人提前退房的困难，提前给客人了一个令人满意的安排。在此谢谢酒店的诚意和艺龙公司的不懈努力。下次去青岛首选此酒店。 服务人员比较有教养。

酒店的门禁系统尤其的差，开门要碰巧，不碰巧五分种之内绝对开不了门，叫客房服务来帮忙，他们要接前台，前台再接客房，烦琐费时，让客户心情很差！
