这家酒店地理位置不错，打开时、窗户就能看到海边，海风吹着的感觉很爽。服务员的态度也很好。唯一感觉不好的是房屋的设施比较陈旧。感觉自己进入了老古董的房间。不推荐年轻人入住。

一栋楼是4星一栋楼是5星的，5星这边的房间很热，开空调完全没用，前台解释是现在都没开空调，只能帮我们开窗。。。。一个5星级的宾馆居然空调不能用，实在有点郁闷。更郁闷的是晚上房间里有老鼠！不过11层的服务员素质不错，态度挺好的。

爸妈从日本回来下飞机，觉得海天有机场大巴很方便才订的，我明明订的是东楼标间，两张床的，可是给的却是一张床的小房间。老人根本就没休息好。我本人非常气愤！比四星级的海情大酒店各方面都差远了！！下次决不住这里了！！

老牌５星海景宾馆（貌似老楼档次高些）
５月２日入住５８０的没早餐的标房
房间面积小了点（新楼１５５２房）
感觉这价的房应该是为商务人士特别打造
新楼与旧楼间是南方航空的小楼（小楼前靠海有班车，客人也能从那穿一条２车道马路就是海边了）----推荐
房间设施差不多够３星标准
卫生还不错
没直接饮用水入户，用日立电热水瓶烧水（是否是纯净水--不知，喝完只能加自来水）----差
１５５２房的窗是外凸一点的----故能看到一点海景（还真不错）
地处＂八大关＂与新城区间----位置佳
打的回宾馆，门童给记车号的小条（方便客人寻找车上遗留）----赞
结帐超快，最多２分钟----很赞
１０００元的预授权----高了，那房标准还不够４星

虽然是一家比较老的五星酒店，不如一些新开张的豪华五星酒店，但是服务非常成熟到位。且位置优越，紧临海边，有直达民航班车，西楼有免费网络，性价比很高。所以，多年来一直是我的首选。
