酒店的位置离崂山风景区大河东售票处6公里，酒店外还有公交站点，不管是自驾游还是坐公交都很方便。一出门南面是海边，是晨跑的好去处。酒店内部简洁大方，干净卫生。二楼的宇恒苑中餐厅饭菜口味不错，累了完全不用到外面找吃的，餐厅的服务员也彬彬有礼。美中不足的地方就是前台和客房的服务，觉得跟酒店完全不配套，也许是假期上班有情绪吧，懒懒散散爱搭不理的样子，让人心里很是不舒服，问什么事情总是王顾左右而言他答非所问，要么就是敷衍。酒店的管理管中窥豹可见一斑。
