洲际的品牌一直是我信任与喜欢的。但青岛这家海尔洲际颠覆了我对洲际以往的认识。酒店房间设施陈旧，维护的很不好。早餐人多，服务人员服务也跟不上，餐厅乱糟糟。菜品很家常，十点左右菜品很多都没有了（10：30才结束）。希望酒店管理层重视管理，不断改进酒店硬件和服务。这次的入住体验真的很差，以后会慎重选择洲际。

真不愧为五星级酒店，各项服务到位，非常满意。景色超级棒，下午茶特别好吃，早餐样式齐全，营养丰富。有待提高的是地下停车场指示不清，找了半天去酒店的入口。

在酒店住了3天，总体感觉就是设施设备比较老旧了，空调感觉自己没办法调温度，另外就是没有可提供的小凳子，像我家小孩五岁，可以自己洗漱了，但洗手台够不着，要是有个小凳子垫一下会更好哟！还有马桶也是，小朋友根本没办法用，也没有提供可以给小朋友使用的*，其他还不错，地理位置实在太好了，另外就是早餐，因为之后住了香格里拉，对比之后觉得洲际的早餐还是好太多了。

酒店位置好，方便出行，在奥帆中心附近，酒店店前台服务员很礼貌周到细致，提议升级了全海景带早餐的房间，因带小孩出行，客房部保洁等服务也很热情周到细致，非常美好的度假体验
