因為以前在六月入住過一次青島海爾洲際酒店，由於酒店在青島地理位置個人比較喜歡，這次選定春假期間再次入住在同程預定的青島海爾洲際酒店海景客房，到酒店下午四點多辦理入住時我問可以使用支付寶房間費用擔保嗎（因為本人在入住其他星級酒店期間基本都是使用支付寶房間費用擔保）服務員講不能使用，於是使用了信用卡做客房費用擔保，酒店前台安排的酒店海景房在酒店のB座12樓我個人到了房間發現所謂洲際酒店海景房其實也就90度視野，客房正面被酒店A座完全遮擋，頓時感覺有點壓抑，於是本人下樓到前台服務員講要是希望視野全海景客房需要原有基礎➕400人民幣，全景海景房在A座18樓的客房，前台辦理完，到了A座18樓客房視野確實優秀，窗前視野180度沒有任何遮擋，青島奧帆中心，青島夜景燈光秀盡收眼底，確實很讚，第二天十點多辦理的退房（春節假期同程會員可以享用延遲下午14點退房）本人以為信用卡和借記卡，支付寶房間費用擔保一樣的離店後預售權解除，減去在酒店入住期間使用的所有費用，其餘未使用的費用返還到原來的帳戶，可是到了離店第二天一直沒有返還到原來的帳戶，看來使用信用卡做擔保真不如支付寶和借記卡使用做擔保返還時間上快捷。

12年开始入住这里，过去六年确实感觉老旧了许多，没有了当时豪华的气息感，一进门就遇到大厅里客人开战，也影响了入住心情，不过服务还不错，位置特别好，出门步行去海信最近，以后还是会选这里吧，期待翻新
