酒店环境优美，紧邻奥帆中心，屋里就能看到灯光秀。服务员态度很好，见面问好，有问必答，酒店有地库停车。到店那天前台帅哥给免费升级了全海景房，小惊喜，只是房内空调太温暖。吐槽一下早歺，其实早歺品种非常丰富，但是菜品的口味就很一般了，导致浪费很多，想要一杯原味的豆浆都满足不了，这一点作为五星酒店有待加强。

入主303房
空调不制热，好冷。
吊顶灯关了后，还会隐隐发光（见鬼了），因为很晚，我就直接把灯泡拿掉了。
投诉，第二天通知我都修好了，晚上回来继续很冷。
很累，睡了，半夜一觉醒来，发现吊顶灯还是隐隐发光，也没力气去拆灯了。
服务态度很好，环境一流，问题没解决。

酒店在奥帆中心 五四广场旁边 位置很好 由于建成时间较长 房间设施有些老旧 空间也一般 但设备等细节上做得较好 服务贴心 早餐不错

酒店位置极佳，就在海边，交通也方便，离地铁很近。酒店干净卫生，工作人员有礼貌，设施设备也都不错。行政酒廊不错，挺温馨的，工作人员态度也好。

酒店服务还不错，入住时申请了会员卡，下午会员中心ella就致电询问有没有需要帮助的或者延迟退房，很是贴心！唯一酒店自助早餐觉得有失水准！儿子8岁半，143厘米，自助早餐要收全价，但是由于早餐水准 孩子就吃了几块寿司卷！
