酒店很安静，在东海一路的林荫小路中，古朴别致。十一去的，价格稍贵。不过离海边不算远，可以步行。周边很多吃饭的小店，很实惠。

位置很好，在湛山寺庙的边上，周边去景区也方便，但设施太老久了，有霉味，如果行走不便或者疲劳者可以入住！

交通方便，可以坐车直达第一海水浴场，离海底世界也不远。途中中山公园站可以去更多的地方。居住环境安静，但条件较简陋，潮湿。不讲究舒适的可以考虑。
