在市南区离海边15分钟左右路程，地理位置可以，有停车场，但房间属于简装，有的被子比较破旧，看你自己对住宿的要求啦。

位置很好，在小区里安静，交通便利，去所有景点都有直达车，出门就是湛山寺，离五四广场，奥帆中心，八大关都很近，综合评价很好，

标间网上定的是298元，一进去一看就知道是八十元的住宿环境。没电梯提着重行李爬楼梯上去的，房小设备简陋卫生也很不放心，连一次性拖鞋都没有，住一晚第二天回去后一上网就看到价格立马由298降到89了，晕。。。。。。

酒店环境幽静、离八大关和海边都挺近的。服务态度也不错。但性价比太低了，设施陈旧，价格贵了，早餐也不好吃。没有导航不是很好找呢
