酒店略显陈旧，卫生间也较小，但是老伴的服务态度很好。过去考试，特意延迟到两点退房。早餐也特意提前。感觉很温馨

旅馆条件还好，但是洗漱用品需要自己自备不包括在住宿费中有点坑爹。距离湛山寺超级近，门口公交也挺方便，服务员态度较好，但是房间隔

位置不大好找，好不容易找到了，总体还可以～热水什么的还是有的，就是电视基本没有台，大体来说挺安静的•﹏••﹏••﹏••﹏••﹏••﹏••﹏••﹏••﹏•

感觉不错，酒店位置很好，近邻大海，闹中取静。停车场适中，店家管理较用心。酒店外观好象有点陈旧，但房间好象刚刚装修过，一些比较陈旧的设施都进行了更新，居住舒适，卫生条件不错。总体而言，对这等价位来讲，在这样的黄金位置的酒店真的非常实惠，很适合家庭旅行或背包一族入住。

设施旧可以理解，但卫生不是一般的差。还418一晚啊，唯一的优点是安静。没办法住了一个晚上，第二天一早就退房了。

位于湛山寺的旁边，能够听到钟声，风水很好，酒店是以前的疗养院的，热水充足，空调很足，晚上开空调都会觉得很冷，挺好的酒店，主要是位置好，酒店的床一般，被子，床单还可以接受，
