整个酒店是星级感觉，完全不懂服务。两间房房卡给错了，住了一晚后要求换房让客人自己解决。前台只有一个领班懂业务，其他人都是实习生的感觉。房间没茶叶，没咖啡，有直饮水。床比较旧，比较硬。洗澡水不错，但是卫生间设计洗澡必然积水，非常滑。房务中心业务也不熟，不能回答类似房间直接如何拨打电话之类的基本问题！说心里话，性价比还不如快捷酒店。

很喜欢这家酒店，出了火车北站，7.8分钟的路程就到了，很方便！服务非常好，漂亮的小美女很热情！免费给升级了房间，房间很大，个人觉得性价比很高！晚餐也是和朋友在这吃的，很喜欢这里的烤乳鸽，很香～海鲜的种类也很多很新鲜！很棒的酒店～

精挑细选的一家酒店！果然没让我失望，房间宽敞，干净整洁，停车方便！早餐也比较丰富，口味也很棒！服务人员态度亲切，有宾至如归的感觉，还特意升级的房间，孩子很喜欢！以后去青岛就选这家了！特别推荐中午零点的素豆腐蒸包，皮薄馅大！酒店海鲜品种也很多，据说现在是吃鲅鱼的季节，确实美味啊！

早餐很丰盛！前台的小姐姐服务非常热情，很快就办好入住，安排的房间也超赞??！卫生阿姨很负责！酒店里还有海鲜食府，不用出去，就能品尝到地道的海鲜大餐！
