温泉室外的池子比较多，温度偏高，不适合孩子玩，孩子只能玩室内的一个低温池。服务还算周到。酒店整体感觉比较老旧，早餐一般，品种很少，选择性不高。
入住酒店期间只能玩一次温泉，如果中途出来但还想接着玩的千万别交手环，交了手环再进就要收费了……但是第二天想玩肯定是要再收费的，这点很不好，很多酒店入住期间都是随便玩的。

网上订的明明是有窗房间，到了酒店就说无窗房间？？？房间里的介绍说温泉免费，到前台说不免费？电视小，画质还不清晰，总卡。说是即墨区，离即墨太远。差评(･｀ｪ´･)つ

晚上10点开始停电，快12点时来电了却只是部分楼给电，沟通后5层房间也不给电，导致无法充电手机关机耽误重要事情，第二天一点抱歉的意思都没有，下次不会再选择这家酒店，

价格居然比温泉酒店前台还贵不少，我真是无语到极点。而且还不包括温泉。绝对不会再来预订，多亏酒店很好，温泉也还行，环境不错。
