在莱西的酒店当中，豪帮算是不错的。以前也住过。这一次分三个订单定了3天，入住时告诉了总台，也预付了3天的预付款，但是，第二天晚上房卡失效。去问前台，前台问我：是不是网上订的房？因为多个订单所以房卡第二天失效，也就是说是我的问题。这种解释我觉得作为豪帮，不应该。本来跟我说一声：昨天弄错了，也就可以了。
