房间还行，早上的自助餐太差，花样少，东西少，吃过最差的自住早餐了，温泉池子比海泉湾少不少，水温高的极少，不好

1.艺龙短信确认预定成功，来到酒店前台，前台告
知没有我的预定记录。电话沟通四十分钟终于入住，艺龙服务质量有下降趋势，售后服务态度不好，以后还怎么继续用你们?；2.酒店前台服务意识不强，硬件三级标准，服务快捷酒店水平都不如。只知道让客户自己联系艺龙，不替客户想办法。毕竟客户是冲着酒店来的，消费最终也是给了酒店，对酒店很失望。

很差，我在艺龙明明订了双标间，到了告诉我没有了，安排了个很差的房间，离大堂很远不说，还十分冷，带孩子，把孩子冻感冒了，相当无聊。
