优点：房间够大，有点家的感觉；前台服务员的态度很好！沙滩算是青岛比较好的一块了，只是这里所有的酒店和三亚的都不一样，都隔着一条马路。
缺点：家具等物品有点陈旧，布艺的沙发已经比较脏了；卫生间竟然没有晾衣服的拉绳，非常的不方便；用早餐的地方有点远，下雨的时候必须打伞才能过去。总体感觉一般！

酒店的位置很好，在海边附近，周围环境也很好。就是酒店的环境非常一般，整体来讲应该是比较简陋的配置，感觉不是很达标。价格方面，性价比不是很好。不太值得推荐入住。

酒店的环境硬件设施都还不错,服务卫生很好很干净的酒店硬件配套设施不是很齐全,位置有点偏离市中心,价格倒是很合理.

靠海景色绝佳房间大而有特色带厨房厨具沙发可当床适合家庭旅游.可惜设施有些陈旧.游泳池健身房乒乓等设施非常好可惜和酒店不在一幢楼内在马路对面.老酒店了也没办法.
