看了评价订的房，果然没有让人失望。服务好，不是制度式的，给人感觉是发自内心的为客人着想，礼貌贴心亲切周到，喜欢这里！杨大叔果然名不虚传，斯文有礼，善良热心。在前台打听去方特王国的路线，他亲手调了咖啡给我，温暖香醇！住了三天，早餐两次自助，一次单点，吃的很好。书吧，小型儿童游乐场，大人孩子们都喜欢，开心！环境好，出门就是信号山公园，虽然是冬季，人也不少，风景不错。离栈桥，海底世界都特别近，交通挺方便。下次去还会选这里！

很棒的地方，很有味道，很复古，服务很好的，只是设施陈旧，但是很卫生。管理体系很好的。很适合家庭入住。没有那么糟的说法，没住之前有些担心，因为好评中有些是很不好的说法。但亲身体会后，全然不一样的感受，孩子很喜欢。

总体服务感觉不错，只是早餐太过于简单了，吃不饱（自助餐的时候还不错）。而且不能从迎宾馆门口走很别扭，本想去青大附院走路会近一些，跟网上描述路程不符，网上说距离青大附院不到500米，但从南门转着走可远不止这个数字，（如果能跟迎宾馆协调好可以走迎宾馆门口就太好了！

酒店环境很好，位置也方便，性价比很高，重点是服务很棒。到的特别晚，杨先生很nice的给送行李，还给吃货老公送领锅巴，赞！
