真是失望的一次住店，因为看了评价说可以接机然后25日晚订了这家店，第二天跟前台也确认了可以接机，告诉前台27号晚上23:00到，前台说没问题，结果27号晚上到了机场打电话接电话的人说不接机，太晚了。又打了几次电话沟通才知道是酒店那边疏忽忘了登记接机的事，又说让我们自己打车然后报账，可是没有出租车只有黑车还要收100快，然后又打了几次电话 还是说没办法派车 在机场辗转1个小时遇到送客的出租车，还不打表，收了30，到了酒店对方只字不提报账的事，没人接待，没人对这件事作解释和道歉，真的是太过分了，大晚上的那么累，带着朋友，太失望了
