酒店整体不错，房间大小卫生都还可以，距离青岛站不远两公里，公交三四站，晚上散步一会就到，旁边的公园就挨着海，有少数本地人晚上回去游泳。我们去的时候是旺季双床房要七百左右，价格有点虚高了，后一星期就降到五百多了。
去旅游的话不推荐住在旅游景点附近，价格要高两三倍，青岛的地铁公交都是很方便的，就是打车，还是要便宜的，住在景点五公里以内都还可以。

可能旅游人多，总的来说性价比不高，不推荐。
1，预定的是两间豪华海景房，但给了两间不一样的房间，其中一件观景效果不好，向酒店提出可能房型错误，但酒店回复两间是一样的；
2、宾馆洗衣机故障，次日凌晨6:20左右向前台反应，但下午21:00左右回宾馆时任未维修，工作人员回复维修人员已下班，后宾馆安排人员于一小时后维修完成。
