首先！位置是非常好的，楼下就是青岛火车站和地铁站，出行非常方便，房间是公寓式的，有厨房，巨大落地窗海景尽收眼底，栈桥就在脚下。楼可能比较久了，外观显得比较旧，房间里还是不错的，总体性价比不错的！
